Qualifications

Anna Bremmer, CVS-Life facilitates workshops that apply SAVE International's Value Methodology (VM), a systematic process used to improve projects and processes through the analysis of functions. 

 
Since 2009, Anna has facilitated VM studies for transportation and vertical facilities.  As a VM facilitator, Anna establishes a spirit of collaboration among stakeholders, the design team, and the VM team.  She creates an atmosphere where all ideas are welcome and all participants have a voice.  From that foundation, she leverages the VM—especially function analysis—to facilitate VM teams of subject matter experts (SMEs) as they generate innovative, value-focused ideas.
